February 3, 2010.  Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  Newwest Special Projects LP is making every effort to refund passengers in a timely manner.  In order to facilitate refunds quickly, we ask that guests email the following information to info@vancouver2010cruiseship.com.


Name of passenger (first, middle, last)

Dates of travel

Mailing address

Phone number

Fax number

Email address

Booking method (online, phone, travel agent, etc)

Payment method (credit card, check ,etc)


Refunds were issued from Newwest during the week of 8 February 2010.  Please allow at least a week for your refund to be posted to your account.  If you have not received your refund by 22 February 2010, please contact us via email.


If you were charged for accommodations on the cruise ship by a third party (ie a travel agent, tour operator, etc), please contact the third party immediately and ask them to submit the information listed above on your behalf.
